You must be a registered Hutton House participant and have completed an intake appointment before you can apply for programs.
Please email intake@huttonhouse.com or call 519-472-6381 x 1222 to book an appointment as soon as possible. At this appointment, a staff member will provide you with a tour, more information about the various programs and discuss your interests.
Registered participants must inform Hutton House of any changes to emergency contacts or medical information. Please use the form shown.
