If you have never been to Hutton House you are welcome to make an appointment for a tour.  A staff member will provide you with a tour, more information about the various programs and discuss your interests.  Groups are welcome.

Hutton House has 2 employment programs called Youth En Route and GPS that can help you find a job.

These employment programs are designed for youth who are no longer attending secondary school and have a learning, mental health, developmental or physical disability.

Our employment programs are FREE and provide you with:

Career Exploration - With an Occupational Therapist explore your personal interests and identify realistic employment goals.

Skill Development - Interactive, and customized training will help you to develop your employment skills.  For example, resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, workplace safety, time management and much more!

Job Search & Placement - A Hutton House Employment Specialist will assist you to find a job.

Job Coaching & Job Retention - Hutton House Job Coaches can meet with you at your new job to assist with training.  They can also meet with you off site to resolve any work related issues.

Other Services - Hutton House can also help with access to workplace accommodations, counselling, transportation assistance, access to volunteer positions, and FREE access to computers, the internet, fax, phone and photocopier services.
