Additional Services
Passport
Passport funding is available through the Ontario Government to help adults with developmental disabilities access the community and live as independently as possible. Hutton House’s Passport Administration Program can help with making purchases, submitting receipts and connecting to a support worker. Additionally, most Hutton House programs and services can be paid for using Passport funds. To find out if you are eligible for Passport funding, please contact Developmental Services Ontario (DSO). For more information on Hutton House’s Passport Administration Program, please contact our Passport Facilitator.
Social Worker Services
Hutton House's Social Worker Services offer individual counselling for personal issues, access to community resources, and various challenges to registered, active participants of Hutton House. Workshops cover topics like healthy relationships and self-esteem, while advocacy support is available for completing forms and addressing rights issues. All services are confidential, with information shared only with your consent or when legally required.
