Hutton House Closed

Last Updated: April 15th 2020

We wanted to let our community know what we are doing to respond to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

We have a staff team that are staying up to date on information daily from the Ministry of Health and our local Middlesex London Health Unit. (MLHU)

Hutton House is excited to announce that we received an Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) Capital Grant. The $25,000.00 grant has allowed us to install additional automatic door systems in the Hutton House Learning Centre located at Cherryhill Village Mall. Also we have been able to address priority outcomes for the Foundation, reducing social isolation and by doing so, people who are isolated have connections in their community. By improving the accessibility within the location, it will provide a more inclusive space for our stakeholders. We were able to update our Emergency Call Systems for our 2 accessible washrooms in this location. Thank you again Ontario Trillium Foundation!

Effective Tuesday, March 17th 2020 all 4 Hutton House locations will be closed until further notice. Should the closure be longer we will let you know here on our website and on social media.

If you or someone in your home has recently traveled from anywhere outside of Canada including the United States, please self isolate for 14 days. If this applies to you, please email 14days@huttonhouse.com

Paratransit has been notified. All trips to Hutton House locations have been cancelled.

All evening programs are also cancelled, ie. Pottery classes, Yoga classes, Sig Strings, etc.

In general, please practice the following:

  • Social distancing (avoid social activities and large gatherings)

  • If you are not feeling well, please stay home

  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer

  • Keep your hands away from your face
